Yes. Our fully furnished sample flat is open for walkthroughs, along with our experience centre where site plans, elevations, material samples and floor options are laid out in one room. We would much rather you see the real finishes and the real light than judge from a brochure.

After your site visit and unit selection, we take a booking amount against a written receipt and issue an allotment letter. The agreement for sale is then executed and registered, and the payment schedule follows the construction stages set out in that agreement.

Yes. All our projects are developed in accordance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act. Project-specific registration particulars are set out in the sale documentation and are available for inspection at our office.

Every project is backed by a title search report prepared by independent legal counsel. The search report, sanctioned plans and approvals are all available for you to inspect at our office before you commit to anything. We would encourage you to take your own legal advice as well.

Yes, during the early stages of construction. Merging rooms, adjusting plumbing outlets for a bespoke kitchen, or selecting alternate finishes are all possible, subject to structural clearance from our engineering team. The earlier you raise it, the more we can accommodate.

From vacating the existing premises to handover, a standard redevelopment runs roughly 24 to 30 months. That covers planning clearances, structural work and finishing checks. Any project-specific timeline is confirmed in writing in the agreement.
